The village vet team is amazing! Our kitty Hippo had some serious urinary issues and everyone there was so helpful and supportive to us. I’m pretty sure we met every single one of the staff members and all of the vet staff and they all were pouring so much love and care into our boy as we were. I’m so glad I found this location to take my Indian Ringneck Parrot Goldie! I had an amazing experience today with Dr Potter and Annie. They gave her an exam which the previous clinic never offered or did. They let me come back in the room while trimming her wings and nails which the previous clinic never did either. They spent a lot of time going through her home care and diet etc and discovered a gap in how I was caring for her that I had no idea about, and will implement right away. I could tell they truly cared about my Goldie and went above and beyond to make sure I left a better and more confident bird owner. This is definitely the only place I am bringing her from now on! I’ve been bringing my cats here for about 8 years and just love the care and attention Lea and Dr Foote have provided recently, especially. My cat is a muscular 14 pounder and can be difficult.
